Q: How much is the return shipping and handling fee?
A: The book rate is $5.00 (7-10 days), the priority rate is $10.00 (2-3 days) and the large Bible rate is $15.00.
Q: How long will it take to get my Bible back?
A: Due to the extremely large volume of work that we currently have, restoration can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you need your Bible back by a certain date due to a special event or occasion, please let us know the date it is needed and we will try our best to have it back to you by the indicated date. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is severe mending needed, it could take an additional 2 weeks.
Q: What address should I use when sending my package to you?
A: Our mailing addresses are listed on our Main page.
Q: What color is used when doing the name personalization on the new cover?
A: We have a gold foil that is used with all of our hotstamping. The name is engraved on the lower right hand corner of the Bible cover.
Q: My Bible has some loose pages, are there any additional fees to repair this?
A: No, the amounts listed include all repairs. However, if there is severe mending work needed we will contact you first and let you know how much additional money is needed.
Q: I have a Bible that is measured at 10.5" x 7" and it is 2" thick. How much would this be?
A: This would be consided a Large Size Bible and there will be an additional $10.00 added to your purchase due to the amount of material being used. (Example: Cowhide Leather is $75.00 plus $10.00 extra for a Bible of this size or larger.)
Q: What if I don't feel comfortable giving you my credit card information?
A: You can send us a check or money order as payment. These are made payable to: The Bookmenders.

Q: Do you perform restoration on Bibles?
A: No, we can repair any book that you have. If you are not sure if we can fix it, just contact us first before sending it to us.
Q: I would like to have my son-in-law's Bible repaired. Can I send it to you and have you mail it back directly to him?
A: Sure. We can mail the Bible or book to any return address that you would like. Just make sure you provide us with the address you want us to use.
Q: Do you offer any type of discounts?
A: We offer discounted rates to bookstores, colleges and other religious based organizations. This is due to the large amount of work that is normally received by these organizations. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Do you provide multiple book discounts?
